Mmmhmm. I still haven't found my iTouch. Yes and I'm already half planning to tell my mum someone stole it. Because then it doesn't seem like it's my fault. And technically it's correct, because if it isn't at the Comfort Delgro place, then someone must have stolen it right? Okay whatever, I'm just comforting myself. Arghhhhhhh. I really feel like pulling all my hair out.

Today.

Chinese ICAS: Technically there wasn't chinese because the bloody ICAS test paper took over it. God it was boring. And it wasn't exactly what you could call easy. Probably sucked 99% of my brain juice out. That explains my boredom during the whole test. I mean, I glanced around the class, and half of them were dozing off. Daphne totally slept okay, I really applaud her hehe. Oh and hahhah, epic moment. Bianca's metal water bottle dropped onto the ground, wah, immediately gave everyone a shock. You could literally see them jolt out of their daydreams/sleep and continue doing the paper. Hehehe, even Chen Lao Shi got a shock, yeah, he was sleeping WHILE standing up. Hilarious. Oh right, this ICAS test takes up 10% of CA2, that sucks.

History: Mrs Kuan didn't come today. So we continued watching the 'Asoka' movie, Asoka's apparently the emperor who was the first few to promote bhuddism. Anyway, bollywood movies are hilarious, what with all the dancing and singing and dramatic fighting. Still, the movie was kinda entertaining. We finished the movie in half an hour? Everyone was bored, so we fast backwards to the part where they showed how the love between Asoka and errm, the girl (sorry I forgot her name), blossomed. And my, there was this part where they just got married, and the girl was asking Asoka for her marriage downry. And she was like: "I want your horse, I wasnt your sword, *chuckles* I want your clothes." And Asoka's reply was: "Not in front of the horse,". HAHAH. And they started getting extremely, -ahem- touchy. No actually saying that it's touchy is kinda an understatement, so yeah you get the picture. Anyway, that's when Gwen decided that we had to draw the fine line between porn and romance, so we stopped the movie, just as the bell rang.

Recess: Uh. Spaghetti. Bubble tea.

Home Econs: We made chicken kebab today. I did the cutting of ingredients, while ShiMin did all the stuff that required heat. I'm just not that fond of heat, it scares me, because I keep getting visions of myself burnt. Yuck. But anyway, the skewering and grilling part turned out pretty well. Except that the grilled onions were absolutely disgusting. But besides that, the rest were pretty okay (:

Bio: Went to library. We had some self-learning thingy today. Where we were supposed to find out more about a certain type of micro organism that we wanted to research on. Yeah and we could only use the library books. Decided on yeast in the end, because, well it's just really the easiest. Gwen got so frustrated, she even wanted to choose sperm cells. You know that would actually be quite creative, I'm sure little or none people actually chose that.

Recess: Uh. Oh the yoghurt incident. Uh don't remind me. It makes me mad just thinking about it.

LA: Jeng Mun and I had serious laughing fits, until Ms Lim had to say: "I really have to shove something soft up your mouth to shut you up," Something along that line. Omg, it sounds so, so, so, wrong. Discussed about Oran Com on Thursday. I really wanna get the role of either Beatrice or Tillie, hmm, maybe even Frank (Beatrice's dead father) would be not a bad idea too. -crossed xx fingers- !

Math: Learned about mensuration again. Basically it's about arcs, sectors, circumferences, area, blahblahblah of circles.

Training: Haha today was hilarious. But I really don't feel like elaborating.

Mmmhmm. Math Geometrical Concepts and Properties quiz tmr. Hmm, isn't NS gonna be tested first? But anyway, I'd better go prepare for it, I don't wanna fail another quiz ):

ZOMG I CAN'T BELIEVE MYSELF SOMETIMES. I FREAKING LOST MY ITOUCH.

I probably left it in the cab yesterday on the way to Suntec for church. God this sucks. And I've yet to tell my mum, I'll be dead for sure. Plus the worst part is that I am not anxious about losing it, I'm anxious about my mum finding out. Shit. I am so dead. So so d-d-d-dead. I tried calling Comfort Delgro already, and they started asking me questions like What colour is the cover? Did you lose it together with your earphones? How many GB does it contain? Roughly how many pages of apps? The exact time you lost it? What colour was the cab? Where was your destination and where did you start from? Etc. And it actually raised my hopes for a moment. And then the person said Okay, we'll inform you if we get any news. God. Which means that they've not found it, which also means that the taxi driver or passengers after me must have bloody stole it. Now thinking back, the phone-receiver-person must have thought that I was some kid trying to steal someone else's iTouch. Gah.

Okay I shall stop thinking about it. It really makes me feel depressed.

Today:

Late Monday Mornings: Hmm what did I do? I really have no idea how I spent the one and a half hours.

LA: Guava looked like a green and black bumble bee today. Anw, she went through ICAS 2008 which we were supposed to refer to LMS and do. And I obviously didn't do it. So I had to stone through the whole lesson. And yesh I dozed off, and got caught. But then again, so many people were sleeping. Like probably one-third of the class didn't do the paper. And like at least 1/3 to 1/2 of that number were dozing off. So yeah not my fault. Oh and I forced Bijou to do a dare on Guava. And she was like: Umm Ms Lim, did you cut your hair? It kinda makes you look *coughs* not as slim *coughs*. HHAHAH you should have seen Guava's face. Hilarious. But now I owe Bijou $2.50. Ah my sad life.

Bio Lab: I forgot to bring my practical worksheet. So I had to write everything out on foolscape paper. Today, we cut potatoes into three 6cm x 0.5cm strips. Each were soaked in 0%, 2% and 5% of salt water. And then we had to like wait for 20min. So the 0% potato strip was supposed to grow larger, while the 2% and 5% ones were supposed to shrink. However, PeiQi's and mine remained the same length. Like wtf. But obviously we couldn't write that down, so we just made up some numbers. And now I have to transfer everything to the practical worksheet itself. Life sucks.

Recess: Ate. Stayed in canteen for half an hour. Went back to class to spent the other half an hour. Omg. No other is nice. The mv is hot. But honestly, ShinDong spoils everything. But I shadn't be mean. So, -tightlipped-. Anyway, for once, a suju mv actually has a storyline. Okay not exactly for once, because the variety of suju mvs I've seen is really little. But yeah, I realised why the hype over DongHae exists. Because he really is quite charming + handsome. And guys with thin and long noses look gay. I have no idea why but that's the conclusion that Nicole and I came up with. Partly because DongHae doesn't exactly have a very nice nose, it's rather wide and flat, but he still is handsome. Oh and another one, guys with nice jawlines really look extremely gay too. I forgot what that suju's guy name is, but yeah he has a nice nose, and a nice jawline, which is actually supposed to make him handsome, but he just looks like a girl. Not a good thing.

Chinese: We went to Com Lab to do some Chinese online thingy. I googled all the answers, and copied most of them from NgXin. Because it really is hard. The questions were like Where is the original -inserts book title that I forgot here- found in? and they give you 3 options of places in China I have never even heard before. Like wtf. Oh and in case you think I'm some sort of cheaterbug, googling and discussing were allowed, so yay (: ChenLaoShi was desperately trying to get us to speak in Chinese, but he failed teribbly. C'mon. Chinese. I can barely write properly.

Math: Did our EF Requiz because it apparently was quite horribly done. It turned out to be relatively easier than I thought. But usually when I say something is easy, I get shitty marks. So, I shall keep quiet (: Went through 'Mensuration'. Ikr it sounds wrong. (It's one of the math topics in case you didn't know).

Training: Uh today was quite okay. I found it fruitful at least (:

After posting this, I shall go do work. ICAS 2009 first, then Math worksheet, then Bio prac, then umm, revise for Geog and History. Yeah right I can just cancel the Geog and History part out. I'll never do that. You know it's really demoralising. I go around asking people Hey, what are you all doing nowadays? And all they reply is Studying lorh, what else? And then they talk about revising for Geog and History and I'm like wtf. Because I'm not even revising, not even close to it actually. And up to now, I really have no clue what Shifting Cultivations is talking about, because nothing in Mrs Amy's class actually goes into my head. And yet, now, I'm planning to go find for youtube WGM Nichkhun and Victoria episodes with EngSubs even though I was supposed to stick to my initial plan of doing my work. Life sucks, so much. Maybe I should start studying, because, OMG blocks are up in two weeks time.

HELLO I KNOW I'VE NOT POSTED FOR AGES.

Anyway. I bought a new phone, Aino (: I hope it lasts long, cos Sony E phones are known to be extremely shitty in the durability aspect. But still, Aino is awesome. Nice design, nice touch screen features, awesomely large screen and awesome 8.1 mp camera. Okay fine idk if it is that awesome since I really can't tell much of a difference if you compare it to a 5 mp camera, but the difference in the quality is supposedly more evident when they are viewed on the com.

Yesterday:

Late for school, thanks to my phone, I forgot to set the alarm -.- And my brother forgot too. So we woke up at 7.35am. Ikr. Chionged to school and reached at about 8.25am, halfway into Math lesson. And I just made up some bullshit story about being sick in the morning but feeling better afterwards, and I thus came to school. Ms Teo bought my story, probably because I looked extremely tired. And she even touched my forehead and commented that 'it was still warm' and I'd 'better drink more water'. Hahahah ikr. I have awesome acting skills. Okay fine, I know I'm a liar and will probably become an Amoeba cell in my next life thanks to all the sins of committed. Aw ):

Geog: Mrs Amy didn't come. Lalalalallaaaaa. You have no idea how boring her lessons are. And she seems to have endless stories about she and her husbands' 'Amazing Adventures Around The World'. I'm serious. Like the time there were in Spain (was it Spain? Or Australia?) and almost got lost, but thanks to Google Earth and GPS, they managed to find their way. I mean, like we want to know that. Okay I know I'm being mean.

Gym: Learned how to do the actual rollllll. It was quite fun. And I actually managed to do it. Amazing ikr.

Chinese: Got back our Compre 5. I'm fairly happy with my marks. I finally managed to score 50+/57 for Chinese :D If only I can do this well for the upcoming blocks.

LA: Uh, we spent like 3/4 of the lesson discussing about whether bringing your kid to special GEP tuition just to get her/him into the GEP programme was worth it. Personally, I feel that it isn't. For one, that's sort of 'cheating', cos then, your kid isn't actually that 'smart'. Plus, your kid will struggle in GEP and will suffer from depression, which leads to low self-esteem, which will affect him/her for lifeeeeeee. Not worth it.

After school: Slacked in class and studied for SALE quiz, because I'm just so hardworking. No one actually bothers to study for it, and yet I do, sometimes I feel like an idiot. Went to find Ms Teo for the quiz since I missed it last Wed. And yeshhhh, I scored full marks. This is embarrassing, but it's actually my first 10/10 quiz for math. Ikr, I told ya I'm dumb.

Skylark (NY Choir Concert): It started at 4.30pm, went there to support Divya, Bianca, June and Gwen. Whoa the whole choir amazed me. Their voices amazed me. And their dances were cute hehe. They sang ABBA songs, erm MamaMia, Dancing Queen, Money Money Money, Knowing Me Knowing You and so on. Oh and Japs songs too. Overall, it was awesomeeeee (:

Spot Divya, Bianca (front row) and June (second row)?

Today:

Racial Harmony Day. The only person in class who actually wore an ethnic costume was June, some korean costume. And she looked cute heheh. Omg Mr Calvin Lee looked hilarious, what with his Arabic costume. Wang Lao Shi and Chen Lao Shi were totally wearing couple costumes, both green Malay costumes in the same pattern, just that for different gender. Awwwww, scandalous. Plus they sit next to each other in the Staffroom. *Winks*.

L-R: June, Daphne
Gwen
L-R: Daphne, Divya.
L-R: Daphne (unglam much), Divya Gwen, June, Peiqi.

PCCG: Hahah we learned how to bolly wood dance to Jai Ho. It was quite fun actually. Except that the Audi was kinda small for dancing. But then again, the hall isn't ready yet, so I guess the school management had no choice.

Music: It's gonna be my favourite lesson. Since it's so slack. Plus we always get compliments. Mr Lim wasn't here today. So Mrs Ho took over. And she got us to hum to the chords she was playing on the piano. And she looked so amazed cos we apparently could reach the highest notes she has ever seen in any classes. *Claps*. Mr Lim said the same thing too. And we apparently have the best voices. Sang When You Believe, and learned the Hebrew part too. According to her, we learn really fast, so now we're done with the whole song. Bianca, June, Divya and Gwen (all from choir) are the Altos, while the rest of the class are the Sopranos. And wow, seriously, the four of them can easily overpower the 23 of us, since they all have extremely loud voices. But still, we make good harmony in voices. At least that's what Mrs Ho says. Yay, I love 1/11.

LA: Did the practice paper for ICAS. Gah it isn't easy. I think I'm gonna screw up next monday's test.

Bio: Hmm. Bio is an extremly dry topic. And Benny Koh's boring. End of story.

Math: Oh used different shapes to make animal shapes. It wasn't easy, but our group (Daphne, Bianca and I) managed to complete it :D Ikr we're awesome. Still, GohSeeMin and NgXins' groups completed it faster than us ):

DSA trials: 4 applicants only for today's session. Boringggggg.

I'm gonna watch Inception with family later. Hope it's nice, 5 stars rating if I'm not wrong, ooh.

OkayOkayBye! (:

Oh wait wait. Ohmygodddd, Jung Yong Hwa and Jang Geun Suk are hotttt. I watched finish You're Beautiful in record speed. Less than two days. I literally slept at 4 and woke up at 5 just to finish that drama. Oh and after watching it, I just can't imagine Lee Hong Ki being the leader of F.T Island. I mean, he's so childish in the show. Still, he's handsome too. And omg Jung Yong Hwaaaaa. C.N. Blueeeee. Still, I think that Jang Geun Suk is the most shuai one. He's just super attractive probably because he has nice facial features, plus he's the tallest if I'm not wrong.

Came back from FLY (a Nanyang Theatre Club Production) about 2 hours ago. It. Was. Awesome. I shall elaborate laterrrr.

Today.

Assembly: Three words. Boring, boring, boring. We were forced to sit at the quadrangle for freaking long, listening to useless announcements. I'm sorry but it's true. Except for the part where this NY FPSP Team won the international champion for FPSP, beating countries like Britian, USA, etc. Isn't that like amazing? A team from Singapore beating all these countries. Furthermore, it's FPSP, the -sian-est thing ever.

Art: Oh, as usual I didn't bring a single thing. Today, we learned how to join to pinch-pots to form a hollow body base. It has to be hollow because if not air bubbles trapped inside the solid form will cause the ceremic thingy to explode upon heating due to air expansion. I mean, EXPLODE, how cool is that. I've never actually seen anything ceremic explode before. Anyway as mentioned, I didn't bring anything, so I had to cope WeiWen's plastic container and wet cloth to store my ceremic body base. I have this feeling it's gonna dry up soon.Which means that I will then have to redo it. Nooooo.

Recess: Potato salad. Bubble tea. $2 frozen yoghurt, shared with QY.

LA: OhOhOh, just as QY bought the yoghurt, the bell rang, so we had no choice but to gulp down as much frozen yoghurt as we could while running up the stairs. We didn't wanna be late for LA since we had to complete this LA personal recount compo thingy within the period. And yes of course, it's graded. And LA graded stuff usually has a high percentage. Scary ikr. Anyway, yeah, we gulped down about 3 quarters of the yoghurt and left the one quarter to melt in class since we very well couldn't eat it in front of Guava. Which reminds me, she's back -.- Even though she was supposed to rest until the end of the week. Damn. I managed to complete my compo. But it was like super cliche. The theme of the essay was Dreams, anything bout them. So I wrote about this Beijing Olympics Opening Ceremony2008 dancer person who had her dream shattered when she became paralysed during one of the rehearsals. And it was a true story, according to CLL lah. But I mean, how much could you write about a dancer becoming paralysed without making it sound TOO cliche? Like nothing much. So my essay turned out quite repetitive. That's why I'm not confident about it. Sigh.

Bio: Benny Koh is awesome. He spent a whole period (an hour) going through Practical 1.1, no actually, just going through the drawing of an epidermal cell of an onion in the practical. Like one hour on that .. thing. Wow.

Recess: Uh. I stayed in class I think.

Chinese: Split classes. Today Chen LS teached us how to write Yi4 Lun4 Wen2. The kinda essays which requires discussions, evidence, examples and all those shit. Anyway, our discussion topic was whether having the looks, or the capability (singing) was more important for famous stars. And I chose looks. So my discussion point was that the older generation were more in favour of capability than looks while the now-generation was just the opposite. And I went out of point. Like I started off with something about technological advancement which allows (horrible) singers to digitally enhance their voices, which doesn't make singing much of a problem anymore, so people were more into looks. And then, I started talking about plastic surgery. Which has totally no link to the difference in the older/younger generation. I have an issue, yes, a huge one.

Training: Urgh.

Training ended at 4.45. Mrt-ed to 313@Somerset to meet Daphne, QianYu, Divya, Jessie and NgXin. And the meanies didn't wait for me and went to eat themselves. So in the end, I ended up eating Subway while they watched me. Awkward. And usuallywhen I eat Subway, it will turn out to be a messy affair. Because I'm just so healthy to include ALL the veges so much that my sandwhich was overflowing with them that the veges kept dropping out.

Took 174 back to Nanyang. Whoa the bus was super crowded. Reached at 6.45-ish. Slacked on the swing for quite long. Went to queue up to get into the Audi for FLYYYY :D. And we had to queue for 15-20mins. Squeezed like sardins. I'm serious. And everyone got super frustrated.

Finally managedto get into the Audi at 7.35-7.40. Oh and Mdm Teo looked so different in clothes other-than-PE-related-clothes. Like she way doesn't loo like someone who hasa 13-year-old daughter.

Anyway, FLY was about this group of athletes in the 1970s. And it talked about a father's jealousy of his child becoming better than him at running, so much that the dad ended up killing his own son. HAHAHHA. And it also include a massacre. Where Isrealite athletes were killed by Palestine pretend-athletes. Oh and yes, about athletes forced to consume drugs and racial discrimination.

Ahahah, it was kinda confusing at times. Like there was this scene, where two NY Theatre Club members were talking to each other. And evidently they were in a relationship (in the play) since they were arguing about breaking up with each other. And for a moment, you'll think: "Huh. They're lesbians?" And then you realise that one of them is actually playing the role of a guy. Or maybe it's just me. And yes, because I have a slow brain, it took me quite long to proccess that. I told you I have a serious issue.

OhOhOh, I love the two loony doctors :D Hah Germans, what to expect. Sorry NgXin, but that's the truth. The Truth. ;)

Overall, it was awesomeeee :D

Left NY at 9.15pm. And we walked all the way to the side gate, only to find it closed. Argh. Made a detour and went back to the main gate, which is frekaing far away, and walked to the bus stop, which is actually just right outside the side gate. Screw this. Because of that, I missed the 9.30pm bus 48 and had to take the 9.52pm bus 48. Gahhhhhhhh.

Photobucket

Yay my flu got much better. Though I still have lots of phlegm.

Went to school today.

Gym: We learnt rolling today. Uh it was okay. Except that I kept rolling to the side. And I heard we're gonna learn handstands, cartwheels and somersaults soon. Zomg. I should probably go get more health insurances now.

History: We learnt about this guy called Siddhartha whose philosophy in life to end suffering is to not have any desires. I mean, not saying that it is wrong, but c'mon. If you do not have any desires, it means that you do not have any goals. If you do not have any goals, what is your purpose in life? And these are his four noble truths (in order): 1.Life is full of sorrow and pain. 2. Human beings suffer sorrow and pain because they desire pleasure, wealth and fame. 3. Human beings can stop their sorrow and pain if they stop wanting these things. 4. The way to stop - follow the eightfold path. This just shows that he's just super pessimistic. So, if I failed a test, I can just comfort myself saying that I would not feel sad since I do not have the desire to pass it. So the whole concept is that failures becomes successes. And if you realised, no one can actually follow this rule, because then, you'll have a desire not to have any desires which makes it become a desire, right? Okay ... does that make sense. Okay fine I'd better not say anymore since it's like a rather controversial topic.

1st Recess: Hmmm, oh I had a burger, a bubble tea, and shared a potato salad with Jessie.

Chinese: Split classes today again, and -Ahem- was totally flirting with ChenLaoShi. Wait it's just weird to call him ChenLaoShi since that sounds very oldish even though he's like in his early twenties and he doesn't look very Chen-ish.

Music: Uhhh we sang this song. I forgot it's name. And it goes to really high notes. And the teacher said that our class had the best combine voices he has heard so far (: Yay.

2nd Recess: Uh I stayed in class to do math. Because I am just so hardworking. Yesh.

LA: Book cart reading. Even though I didn't read a single page because i just don't like the book that I'm reading. It's actually okay-ish. Just that I gave up searching for the page I last stopped at.

After LA, I went for EF Math Remedial with NgXin and SeeMin even though I wasn't asked to do so. Because I'm just an awesome friend and wanted to give them moral support. Although I have no idea how remedial and moral support are linked. Anyway, we did this worksheet, and it really was quite easy, actually, very easy. We completed it in around 10-15mins. And we were the first to leave. And we probably made this girl from another class sitting opposite us depressed since she was at the 4th question when we finished ours.

Haahhahah, Spain won GERMany. How awesome is that. *Winks at NgXin*

Yo. Ponning school today. I have very bad flu ): Like I sneeze every minute. And I think I'm gonna get a bad cough sooooon.

Yesterday hurh.

Chem blockkkkks. Quite okay barh. But I minused 2 marks already. They asked for the method of separation and I said 'centrifuge' instead of 'centrifugation'. Bah. Idk if that will cause me any marks but I guess it most probably will ): And I only realised it when I handed in the test paper. GahGahGah. Lost the other mark to a very stupid question, argh don't remind me.

History: Hmmm. Mrs Kuan left halfway. We had to watch this video about Dalits in India. The castes discrimination there is really bad ): We had to do this worksheet thingy where I just spouted nonsense because, well, it's not graded. Heh.

Recess: Stayed in class to chiong last minute homework. Oh and I wasted $6.70 on an apron and 3 dishcloths for Home Econs. Because I couldn't find mine at home. Sigh. And the teacher seems fierce. She said that anyone who fails to bring their aprons must remain outside the kitchen. ): Gah $6.70.

Home Econs: We made chicken burgers heheh. We were already split into pairs according to index numbers. Paired with ShiMin and our burger patties turned out okay. Hahhaha NgXin and Nicole's ones failed terrible. It was like burnt ttm. And the whole frying pan had like smoke coming out of it and their patties were like blackish-brown HAHAH.

Bio Lab: AirCon lab with cool super high chairs :D Examined an onion cell today with microscopes. Quite cool. Although different peoples' onion cells looked really different even though they were from the same onion. Weird.

Recess: Chionged to Com Lab to print out Daphne's Geog Assignment. It took a goshdamned 25min to do so because we didn't know that we were connecting the com to the wrong printer. Zzzzzzzzzzzzz. Rushed to canteen to eat. Figured out that since Guava wasn't coming, we could have a longer recess. Heheh, so we self-extended our recess for another 10mins or so. Oh and the drinks stall sells fantabulous frozen yoghurt. Yum.

LA: Was late. But as mentioned Guava didn't come. Did peer editing on Daphne's compo. And slacked the whole period.

Math: Hmm we learnt more number sequences. Pshh I don't like that topic. And sitting beside smart-ass people doesn't help either. Besides the copying their answers part.

Ponned training. Because I wasn't feeling very well.

Came home and I just slept slept and slept more.

Short update.

Chem blocks tmr. And I have yet to study a single shit about it. Ganbate~

Oh and Eclipse was just a huge disappointment ): I thought that New Moon was bad enough, until I saw Eclipse. Saying that it's boring is an understatement. Plus it had a weak storyline. And it totally did no justice to the original book. And R Pats looked ugly. And Taylor Lautner lost some of his muscles, he's less buff. Sad. Still, thank goodness he lost most of his shoulder muscles, it used to looked really, really, really, hmmm, just ugly. Xavier Samuel is handsome though, the one that played Riley. Though KT says that he's ugle and RP is hot :\ Hmm.

The past few days were all about slacking. And I'm feeling the guilt now. I just hope that blocks tmr will be easy. And my mum's crazy/mad. There's 10 tubs of Haagen -Dazs in my freezer now. 10 tubs. Oh gosh, sinful.
